Located at the end of a private drive with frontage on Potter Pond, this property offers a peaceful escape with lush landscaping, yet only minutes to beaches and restaurants. Meticulously appointed and exquisitely furnished this home boasts gleaming hardwood floors, new carpeting, central air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and natural light. After exploring the local waterways in one of two kayaks provided, watch as the sun sets from the deck, dock or adirondack chairs on the water.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
