Brand new renovations and stylish décor set this place apart from your run-of-the-mill Airbnb experience. The Peaceful Retreat will allow you to escape on your next trip through Lubbock. This house features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and super comfortable new bedding to ensure a great night's rest. The living room has a 55-inch Roku enabled TV for guests to access their favorite streaming services and fast Wi-Fi to ensure you're always connected.
The first bedroom contains a brand-new, king-size bed. The second bedroom contains two full size beds. Both bedrooms have brand new mattresses frames and super comfortable linens and pillows to ensure a great night's rest.
The newly renovated bathroom contains a tub/shower combo where you will find plenty of shampoo, body wash, and shower gel. Hand soap can be found on the new granite countertops and extra toilet paper is located under the sink.
The hall closet contains the brand-new stacked washer and dryer for in unit convenience.
The living room features comfortable seating and very stylish furniture. A 55-inch Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience. You are welcome to access any of the streaming channels on this TV with your own accounts. Just don't forget to log out. We do not offer cable but there is access through your own provider.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets, appliances, and cute decorations.
All areas of the house are available for guest access with the exception of the locked cleaning closet.
Pets are not allowed at this property. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends.
The house has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door.
There is parking available on the driveway along with free street parking.

The bus stop is located one block west on 20th and Akron. Depending on your plans you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!

Due to the recent increase in house parties in short-term rentals in Lubbock any guest found violating this rule will be subject to an immediate $500 charge plus any additional damages.
Please also note that only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed down toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
