Welcome! Life's fast paced grind will slip away as you walk through the gates of this charming historical home. The serene backyard, with its mature landscaping and water features, will make you forget you're in the middle of a city. Our home offers a peaceful resting place for those who are traveling to be with family and friends, or traveling for business, with the conveniences of the city right outside your door.
Our home is nestled in the Port Gardner neighborhood of Everett, a few minutes from downtown Everett, and just 30 miles north of downtown Seattle. A few minutes away from Highway 2, our place also makes a great stay for those visiting Stevens Pass.
THE SPACE:
Our home features 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a spacious backyard complete with a pond and water features. On the main floor, you'll find a generous size master bedroom with a connecting sitting room, an open living room with a work space, a large dining room, and a fully-stocked kitchen.
The remaining two bedrooms can be found upstairs, along with a bonus room with its own balcony overlooking the backyard. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are connected, but separated with a barn door.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests in this home will have access to the entire main levels of the house, as well as the front and backyard.
Please note there is a small basement apartment directly below. Guests in the basement apartment have a separate entrance into their unit, and will not have access to your main levels & deck area. We ask that you please be mindful of our other guests during your stay.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We want to respect your privacy and ensure a comfortable stay for you, but we do live close by should you need anything at all.

Things to note about your stay:
- There is a 3 feet deep pond in the backyard, with a water fall and fountain. Please note this for your stay in case you have littles ones.
- This home has stairs that lead up to 2 bedrooms (queen bed + twin bed) and a bonus room (with tv and full size futon).
- If your party has more than 6 guests, we are happy to set up a comfortable air mattress in the living room for the duration of your stay.
- Please let us know if you are visiting with young children. We are happy to provide a baby gate, high chair, plates & utensils, booster seat, step stool, baby bath tub, a pack n play, and books & toys.
- We are located across the street from a fire station. While there is usually not much activity on most days, please keep this in mind as you plan your stay.
