Welcome to The Grove on Bellsville Pike- nearly 5 beautiful acres of rolling hills, wooded forest and a large pond with dock. Come relax and enjoy your spot on the patio with a cup of coffee while listening to the birds sing, watch for the Great Blue Herons and Kingfishers that frequent the pond, or spot the occasional deer or turkey that pass along this property! Wonderfully secluded, yet only 15 minutes from Columbus, 20 minutes to Brown County State Park, 25 minutes to the historic town of Nashville, and just a beautiful 15 minute drive to sweet little Story, In.
This roomy home is practical and relaxed with an open floor plan and plenty of space to spread out. Enter into the living room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, open to the large fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities you could need, and dining area. Enjoy a meal together around the large dining table able to seat 8-10, or cook up something great on the grill and sit on the deck while watching the sun go down past the treeline.
At night, this home has a total of four bedrooms: two master suites, one on the upper level with the best view of the back property and one on the lower level, quiet and private with a fantastic all glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads. Along with the two master suites are two additional cozy bedrooms on the main level: one with a double bed and the other with 2 twins. There is an additional 3rd bathroom down the hall near the bedrooms.
A large open family room fills the lower level with a comfy sectional that has room to fit everyone to gather around for a great movie or game night. Plenty of space for the kids to play on the floor with the toy and game selections or cozy up in the reading nook with a blanket and a good book!
Outdoors you will find our favorite spot to spend the morning, the evening, or any time in between! Overlook the amazing backyard from a rocking chair under the spacious pergola in the quiet of the morning or light it up and everyone can gather around with a drink at the end of the day! Spend a day on a hike and picnic at the Brown County State Park, shopping in the town of Nashville, or driving the lovely fall roads of Brown County and stop in Story for a muffin at the Story Inn. For a little extra fun once you get back to The Grove, the family can pull out the corn hole boards, hike our own little trail around the property, or enjoy some smores around a fire when it cools down in the evening- or bring your fishing poles and see what you can catch from the dock of the pond.
