Play tennis or grill-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. Now open is a brand new fitness room and indoor swimming pool! A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

C-307 Pebble Beach is a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Third-Floor, Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Has beautiful ocean views from the Master Bedroom & Living Room. The Living Area has a 55" LCD TV and a balcony with furniture with great Ocean Views. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, a Full Bath and a balcony with great Ocean Views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to a small balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and access to a small balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
2 Smart TVs. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Open Decks with Furniture. Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, 1 High Chair, Games & Books, & Toys.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (off-season only).
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Companyโs Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
