SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, DELI with gift shop. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. This tastefully decorated and comfortable condominium has a PRIVATE BALCONY to enjoy those wonderful Florida sunrises or enjoy afternoon shade after coming off the beach.
