Have you ever wondered what it would be like to own a rural property on acreage with lake views, its own water inlet, a huge entertaining deck to sit back and relax all throughout the day, a swim hole and loads of beautiful green trees with flat land and a truly adorable house?
The owners of this glorious property wanted to share what was theirs as a holiday rental home with the holiday makers alike.
It was remodeled and renovated for similar like-minded people.
They wanted to invite people that enjoyed the simple things in life, however understood nature and what this beautiful country of ours has to offer. They wanted to create a holiday home that was a home away from home. An experience that allowed guests to keep on coming back, a property oozing plenty of wow factor...
Peppin Pines Retreat sleeps up to 10 adults adequately inside however outside we can open the external grounds to suit up to 16 guest, if you’re interested in pitching a tent, bringing a caravan or bringing a swag along for the stay (pre-approval will be required for additional guests. Additional charges for more than 10 adults will be indicated as required.

Situated on 13 amazing acres this property is a real beauty and will suit everyone, from the avid holiday makers, boaters to the keen fishing or hunting enthusiast, even the motorbike fanatics (conditions apply for motorbikes) or perhaps even sit back and enjoy the serenity, Peppin Pines Retreat has to offer.
Peppin Pines Retreat has its own direct Lake Eildon frontage with its own water inlet.
When water levelsare lower than average, there are an abundance of tracks, lake banks and other areas to tour and explore. Bring the four-wheel drive and cruise the banks for those picturesque views. Take some beautiful photos and capture the beautiful moments and scenic surrounds. Share your time with loved ones as this property is a truly unique experience.
Bring your camp chairs, as there's a large external camp fire
for all the group to sit around and enjoy with a glass of wine, just be mesmerized by the flames of the open outdoor fire reminiscing with friends and family while enjoying that beverage of choice.

The property is private, secluded and fully fenced, so your cars, trailers and recreational toys are safe and secure whilst at the property.
Peppin Pines Retreat welcomes your pets also, as the property is pet friendly (please let us know you are bringing your furry loved ones, pets are not permitted inside)
The house is recently renovated to suit larger groups wanting a camping or glamping experience.
It offers two clean and tidy separate bathrooms, two toilets and laundry facilities.
There are three newly carpeted bedrooms with wardrobes and draw space.
Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) offers queen bed, bedside tables, side lamp, overlooks the green grasslands and native tress.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 2) offers double bed, bedside tables and side lamp. This room overlooks the old pine forest trees,
Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4) offers a single over double bunk combo together with another single bed more like a children's retreat and
Bedroom 4 is a rumpus/second lounge/bedroom room. Boasting a pool table, wall mounted television, sofa plus 2 single beds (sleeps 2)
Note: Guests are required to BYO bed linen and towels, we do supply quilt covers, pillows and protectors.
There are two large brand new remote reverse cycle split system for extra heating and cooling, one at each end of the house.
Peppin Pines Retreat has an open plan, kitchen dining and lounge area.
The dining area has a dining table that seats 6 plus 4 comfy bar stool at the kitchen bench.
The kitchen is fully self-contained offering electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric fry pan and many more pots, pans and crockery to assist with all cooking requirement's There is even a large fridge/freezer available.
The lounge has another wall mounted television, comfy plush couches, with soft on foot floor mats and easy to clean vinyl flooring.
Opening up onto the huge spacious deck that wraps around the house. This a fantastic external entertaining area offers guests a hooded BBQ, good sized external drink or food storage fridge, 3 separate sitting areas and ample room to play out doors under roof.
The views are absolutely phenomenal from the deck, overlooking a park land and treed escape, the dam and lake, not to mention the avenue of honor with the old pine trees that lead you by car or foot down to the lake frontage and hills and pastures that surround this incredibly stunning property.
With an abundance of wildlife throughout the property as well as 400-year-old gum trees, the acreage has so many stunning areas to explore and makes for great photos.
