There are two kayaks available for guest use here! Enjoy a leisurely kayak in the canals. There are two bikes for enjoying the best of outdoors and easy access to Downtown Punta Gorda and the lovely bike trails nearby.
The open concept floor plan is bright and airy, always letting in the Florida sun. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a split floor plan for maximum privacy.
The dining area looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. To enjoy absolute perfection in the winter months, open the lanai doors for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living.
The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops and opens up to the family room and breakfast nook all of which have shimmering views of the canal and pool deck.
Both the kitchen and living room offer sliding glass doors that open to the enclosed screened lanai.
As you step onto the lanai with gorgeous views of the canal, plenty of outdoor seating, dining table and a fire table you wont want to go back inside.
