Welcome to Spoonbill! This beautiful beach home is just far enough from downtown to stay clear of the noise, but close enough to enjoy all that Melbourne Beach has to offer. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private heated pool or a 5-minute walk to the private beach.
The home offers everything you will need to make your vacation most enjoyable. In the kitchen you will find high end smart appliances with all the equipment for any meal you wish to cook. There are Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the family room to stream Spectrum Cable TV. You can also log into your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Our beautiful, enclosed backyard has a saltwater pool with screen enclosure, 36" Blackstone griddle (skillet) and cozy lanai with TV. The pool heater is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per day. There is also an umbrella and chairs provided for your fun at the beach. PLEASE NOTE, this is a smoke free property (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, or other substances) which includes the home, porch, lanai, patio and grounds.
There is so much to do in any direction you go! Sebastian Inlet is 12 mins down A1A and offers a days’ worth of entertainment. The Brevard Zoo is a 40 minute drive and is a must see! You can also take a day trip to Orlando to visit all the Disney Parks which are about one hour and 45 minutes. Downtown Melbourne Beach offers quaint shopping, beach restaurants, fun activities, and parks. Cape Canaveral launches can be seen from the beach! There are also several golf courses in the area and the Publix grocery store is just a 4 min drive.
