Please note, our property will accommodate TWO Guest vehicles max! This registration fee is not paid to us at Flip Flop Holiday, but to SymLiv and represents a registration fee to enter the community. Parking at Flip Flop Holiday is free for TWO guest vehicles!
****Children & underaged individuals are NOT allowed to drive our Golf Cart under any circumstances. The minimum age to drive our Golf Cart is 25 yrs. No unauthorized drivers are permitted to drive our Golf Cart; IF unauthorized drivers are found to be operating our Golf Cart, this represents grounds for immediate eviction.

No events or parties are allowed in our home. We are for quiet, family & friend get-togethers only.
