Summary: Nice condo, decorated nicely, perfect for a couple. First floor oceanfront allowed you to see only some of the ocean but the foliage in front was nice and allowed for quiet and privacy. Bed was comfortable, was nice to have a washer and dryer. Owner communicated well and was quickly responsive to questions. The pool is small but there’s a nice walkway that makes it easier to walk to the beach where most spend the time anyway. Parking is a challenge if you have a truck but luckily Coligny Park is right across the street with a lot of options for meals and shopping, including a Piggly Wiggly, so once parked you didn’t have to leave very often if you didn’t want to.
