This modern villa, which is consisted of two apartments, is situated in Gruda, Konavle region.
Far away from urban noise, just 50 meters from the main road but surrounded by beautiful nad peaceful nature, it is what you need for perfect vacation.
On the ground floor there is first apartment which is consisted of two bedrooms (one of those has its own bathroom), bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is also big terrace in front of the living room.
Second apartment is situated on the first floor. It's consisted of two bedrooms (one of those has its own bathroom), bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Both apartments are modern furnished and well equipped.
In front of the house there is a swimming pool with a shallow part for the kids, sunbathing, children's slide and soccer court and barbecue. Also, there are six parking spaces.
Just 0,8 km away from the villa, there are two supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, coffee shop...
We recommend you rent a car, so that you can visit all interesting and beautiful places in Konavle, because public lines are poor.
To make your vacation interesting and dynamic you can do horseback riding, wine tasting, visit two adventutre parks in Konavle, visit Sokol Tower and lot of other interesting things all 15 to 20min drive from this peaceful villa.

Summary: A group of 10 friends spent a marvellous time in this property in August 2022 to celebrate a 50th Birthday. Firstly, the villa is top notch - split into three apartments meant we could have personal time if required, but still enjoy the collective time with the group. The villa was spotless and had all the mod cons ie dishwasher, washing machine, air con etc. Milko attended everyday to ensure the pool area was clean and tidy but was also there to assist in any requirements if needed. Very friendly and attentive chap. Stijepo the host, was super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble with great communication. Secondly the location - The villa is remote, which we expected. However nearby there are a number of restaurants, supermarkets and a couple of bars, so was ideal for our needs. There are also some amazing restaurants a little further out so would require a taxi ride (approx 15 mins). See comment below for taxi number. Also locally there are vineyards and great countryside. We also took advantage of other activities close by - the quad bike experience was amazing, and only 8 minutes drive away. We were advised to hire cars but chose not to. However this was not a problem. Stijepo arranged all out transfers to and from the Airport, to a Vineyard and also to Dubrovnik ( 40 mins drive away) All reasonably priced and very punctual. please note: We did require taxis on occasions which we hadn't pre-arranged. We did try Uber, however they were so unreliable so please don't rely on them. We did find a local taxi driver ( Ivo Arkulin) who was super friendly, punctual and reasonable (+385959213177) Overall we had an amazing time at Villa Anita and would highly recommend.
