Summary: I stayed at Peruna Cave Hotel for about 5 days and as a solo female traveller I can honestly say I felt like I always had support and assistance at every point. I want to highlight Seyit and Garan who both went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, booked for activities and also shuttled to and from the airport. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I know there are many cave hotels in the area but you cannot replace genuine attention to all your needs. The room was perfect, traditional cave experience with unique decor and a very comfortable bed. The location is perfect, a left turn takes you to all the attractions of Goreme like a main street with restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. Also a short walk will lead to the bus station which can take you to nearby towns like Nesevhir and Avanos and also there are a group of ATMs nearby. As mentioned earlier, they can assist with booking tours like red/green tour and balloon rides. I recommend Peruna as a premium option for visit to Cappedocia!
