This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was built in 1979 on a huge lot on the main residential street through the Greenslopes neighborhood just south of downtown Round Rock. As you enter the home, you're immediately greeted by a living area with high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and dining areas adjoin, making the downstairs a warm & open space for guests. This is where the TV is located along with an assortment of board games.
The two secondary bedrooms are also located downstairs alongside a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and updated fixtures. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The other has a desk and twin size bed. The high-speed internet router is located in the room with the desk so that the workspace has unobstructed Wifi speeds. There is a Wifi extender located in the main living area.
The primary suite is set apart on the second level of the home providing a private oasis for guests. It features a comfy king size bed and major beachy spa vibes. It and the stairs are the only areas of the house with carpet. The rest of the house features water proof and pet proof vinyl flooring.
The cozy yet functional kitchen features all new cabinets, appliances, & quartz countertops. We provide quality cookware, dishes and utensils, and cooking basics (like salt, pepper, and oil).
Just off the back of the house is a covered wood porch with a patio table. The private back yard is truly massive and is the perfect place for both kids and pets to play!
In 2022, our family completely renovated and modernized the interior of the home. We are planning exterior updates and are constantly updating our properties as a labor of love and are grateful for your suggestions!
Other things to note: Although, you will have the house and the massive back yard to yourself while staying with us, please be advised that a neighbor maintains our lawn and will need access to the front and back yards at times. We have a one-car garage, and an additional two cars can fit in the driveway. There is also street parking. The home faces a busy residential street.
