A tranquil place to have your getaway for the whole family including your furry friends.
Clifton Springs is in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula with award winning wineries, seaside towns of Portarlington, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads. Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.
This amazing 4 bedroom family home is spacious and roomy.
You’ll have access to the entire house/property. The house has endless amounts of natural light with new kitchen and freshly painted with new flooring.
Decking at the back of the house for relaxing bbq’s with secure yard for the children to play in the most amazing 2 storey play house.
Your 4 legged friends have a great grassed area for their play too.
The main lounge room and master bedroom overlooks the front garden.
Featuring a walk in robe and ensuite.
There is a new kitchen well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This is where the large dining table and second common room that has a desk, piano, toys and games for the children. The other 3 bedrooms at the towards the back of the house with separate toilet, bathroom and laundry.
There is 3 boat ramps and fish cleaning kitchen at Clifton Springs.
We welcome a maximum of 2 furry friends.

Summary: Stayed here with my family of 5 and our dog for 3 nights. Location, check in and facilities available are all satisfactory. There's a big back yard with a tree house for little ones which was a hit. The let down was the cleanliness; bed linen was putrid with stains and hair (of all types) visible, pillows labelled "replace by Nov 2017", cutlery and utensils were disgusting as if returned to drawers straight from use. The host did call soon after contact but responded with humour and disinterest. We were able to get hold of "cleaner" linen from the cleaners cupboard, but we could not unsee what had already been seen. Overall, a shaken experience due to this early encounter, but property has potential if cleaning is prioritised.
