The home sits on a half acre lot that is one block from Lake Ariana.
Lake Ariana Park is 2 miles from the property. At the park there’s a fishing dock, picnic tables, charcoal grills, playground, restrooms and Max Beach & Ariana Yacht Club facility. Public boat / ski ramp near Max Beach.
The home is 5 miles South of exit 44 on Interstate 4 (I-4). This is the Auburndale Florida exit.
Kitchen includes pots, pans, cooking utensils, air fryer, espresso machine, 5 cup coffee maker with filters, a blender and ample serving dishes. A variety of spices, seasonings, salt & pepper, oil & vinegar are also available.
House trained dogs are welcome on property. Please share your pet’s info at time of booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
There is a hen coop at the edge of the property line by the chain link fence that sits next to our amazing neighbor. Say hi! They’re super kind and cool people! The hens are fed and watered daily and stay in the coop.
The lake can be seen from certain points of the property. Please note that the home is not a lakefront property. There are multiple public lake access points around Lake Ariana.
