Multiple, fun, and affordable public golf courses nearby. Conveniently located between Melbourne and Vero Beach on A1A for shopping, dining, and exploring. Surfboard, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, Umbrella Provided. Driftwood Plaza 2 miles away with Publix Grocery/Liquors, Gas, Pharmacy, and more. With only two vacation rentals in the building you will have the beach to yourself unlike crowded condos full of vacationers. Experience the Florida beach lifestyle on a quiet stretch of sand via your private steps. Grab the soft top surfboard and boogies boards and test your skills in the waves. Setup your umbrella and beach chairs with provided cooler for your refreshments and park your toes in the sand. Fresh water shower to rinse off the salt and sand is available at top of beach access. Condo is solid concrete construction with impact windows and doors so it is very quiet inside.
*We do have a Ring doorbell which covers the front door and parking lot for added security. It is the only video device on the property.*

Summary: The listing photos and description says it all. Also, we were very happy with the kitchen set up and all the items included... cutting boards, silverware, cooking utensils, and the grill. If you like to cook and love the beach, this is the place to stay! Also, the towels/linens/pillows were all very clean and plentiful. Days that it rained were very cozy because of this. We've stayed at multiple locations along A1A, and this was by far one of the best because of the host. Thank you so much!
