The whole family will find it easy to get some good shut-eye across the home’s three spacious bedrooms. All three rooms feature plush bedding and soothing neutral tones to help you drift to sleep with ease.
The primary suite features a king-sized bed, touch dimmer lamps with USB charging ports, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds and bedside tables. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo to cater to these rooms.
Both lovely bathrooms have been recently renovated and feature brand-new tile work in the showers and floors. Both are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries - no need to overpack!

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals for the whole family or group. In addition to the basics, you’ll find fun extras like mini waffle irons, a griddle, and a Keurig coffee machine. There’s a large dining area just off the kitchen with seating for six. Of course, if you don’t feel like cooking, you’re just a few minutes from many restaurants.
The living room sits just across the way from the kitchen and is visible through the pass-through above the sink. This cozy area features two recliner couches, which put you at a near anti-gravity level of comfort. Be careful, this area is prone to put you to sleep as you watch your favorite shows and movies on the large flat-screen TV!

This spacious home also features two outside spaces. The front of the home has a grill area with several chairs, and the backyard space is fully fenced - perfect for playing yard games or letting the pup run freely.

★ The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times for houses and 4 for apartments.
Check-in and Check-out
★ FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will result in a $250 charge per camera
★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit.
★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
Pets
★ Pet fee is $85 per two pets. $5 per pet per night after two pets. Maximum of 4 pets per stay.
★ Only Dogs 75 lbs. or less and are house-trained are allowed on the property.
★ Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding.
★ When you leave the property, keep the dog in the kennel or take them with you.
★ A pet remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.
