Lower porch screened in Jan 2025. The large property lot also provides good level of privacy due to preserved vegetation.

Large parking space is available. I don’t expect you will need it but up to 6 cars can be parked on the property.
The shell of the building dates back to 1900. This is one of the original houses on Broadkill beach. Some unconventional features remained and you should be advised: steep inside stairs from 1st to 2nd floor with risers almost 11 inches, 7 foot ceiling (note, all doors are standard 80 inches). Two beach chairs and umbrella is available, conditions are not guaranteed.
