Upon entering, you step into a two-story high entryway with a clerestory window, providing an abundance of natural light. The open floor plan is designed to maximize ambient lighting, featuring maple-colored hardwood floors.
The living room boasts a high ceiling with exposed beams. The focal wall has floor-to-ceiling windows and two French doors that open to a serene outdoor oasis. The deck, which spans the length of the house, includes a screened porch and offers access to the in-deck saltwater pool. This pool is a perfect spot for relaxation, surrounded by pine, crape myrtle, and palmetto trees, with strategic views of the fairway. Pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Ideal for indoor and outdoor entertaining, the living room flows seamlessly into a dining area that comfortably seats eight and opens to the spacious screened porch, an idyllic spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. The gourmet kitchen, which was recently finished just a year ago, adorned in whites and golds, features stainless steel appliances including a Jenn Air gas stove, LG convection oven microwave, and refrigerator, a GE dishwasher, granite countertops, and a kitchen island/breakfast counter that seats four. The primary bedroom, with its high ceiling, opens to the deck through framed sliding glass doors.
