Positive: Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the historic centre and Naples’ main attractions. Anna was an amazing host—despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, she waited for us, explained everything, and was incredibly kind throughout our stay. We felt very welcome, and if we ever return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.
Negative: Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.
Summary: One of the best places we’ve ever stayed – excellent location, spotless room, and outstanding hospitality.
