Positive: This was a little gem. We loved the coziness of the cottage and that it was very well equipped. We started the mornings with a cup of coffee in the wide cushioned window sils, catching the first rays of the sun. When it was high tide we would walk our kayak to the water and paddle around in the estuary. With low tide we would have a nice stroll to Cellar's Beach, to swim and look for sea glass. Or we would walk to the little Coop, that became reachable with a low tide bridge, for groceries. There are 2 (3 with low tide...) pubs to choose from, all with their own great atmosphere and food. For children there is a beautiful park and playground to play in, only three minutes walking from the cottage. And this is only what's in the direct proximity. We loved Plymouth, Dartmouth, Salcombe, Mothcombe, Bantham and many other places around Noss Mayo. We were sad to have to leave this cosy retreat after just one week and hope to come back in the future.
