Summary: Staff was friendly and informative at check-in. Breakfast was not officially provided, but all the makings of a continental breakfast were available in the kitchen (included) - breads, pastry, fruit, juice, coffee. It's a small property so the staff aren't always waiting for arrivals so try to give them a good idea of when you will arrive to avoid them not being available. Easy access from the tram and a nice walk to Leith or into Edinburgh.
