House Rules: Guests must comply with all house rules, including but not limited to:
- No parties, events, or loud music.
- No smoking or vaping inside house or garage.
- Make sure you reservation accounts for every person staying. The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in the property is eight. Additional guests are not permitted without approval and will result in additional charges.
- Internet and security cameras are not to be turned off or tampered with.
- No third-party bookings are allowed for liability reasons.
- Guests must report any damage or maintenance issues to Host immediately. -Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or it's contents during their stay.
