Pine Mountain Lodge is a beautiful property just 12 miles or 24 minutes from Downtown Prescott. This property is in the Walker area of Prescott quite near Lynx Lake. Lynx Lake is a 55-acre reservoir located in the Prescott National Forest in the Bradshaw Mountains. It is stocked for fishing and is one of the most popular recreation areas in central Arizona. Pine Mountain Lodge is a three bedroom, 2 bath that sleeps 12 guests. There are three levels to this cabin. When you enter the property on the Main level you walk into the Living room and kitchen. This Lodge has an open floor plan with lots of light, windows and knotty pine finishes. The Living room has a flat screen TV, leather couch and chair and gas fireplace. The kitchen is completely outfitted with all dishes, pots and pans. This bright space has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove and everything at your fingertips to prepare simple snacks or gourmet meals. You only need to bring food and clothes to this wonderful vacation rental. The gleaming 6 seat dining room table has high seats and allows friends and family to chat up the chef or keep an eye on the TV while enjoying food and drink in the heart of this lovely Lodge. A door leads out to the deck for outdoor grilling on the propane grill. On the Lower floor you will find the master bedroom which has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a door into a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This floor also sports a TV room with flat screen TV and many books, puzzles, games and movies for guests of all ages to enjoy. A sleeper queen couch is here and a slider that leads out to the breathtaking wrap-around deck. This is actually where you will be spending all of your time. The view off this deck is like no other with nothing but pine trees and the whispering sounds of wind and birds. You might catch a glimpse of the kiddie zip line and hanging swing love seat and will certainly see the fire pit with stump log seating. A large 10 man Jacuzzi is also off this deck to soak away your aching muscles from all of the hiking you have done. This rustic yet modern cabin has WIFI, Central Heat and A/C, washer/dryer and a house phone for local calls. The upper level has the two bedrooms which each feature a queen/twin bunk bed with a pull-out twin drawer. The second bath is in the hall in the middle and has another walk-in shower. All linens are provided on beds and in the bathrooms. The North bedroom has a sweet little side deck with table and chairs for your first cup of coffee in the morning to your last sip if wine in the evening. You may prefer the front deck with an eastern view to watch friendly neighbors come and go on their Rangers and ATV`s. Respectful riding is allowed here at Pine Mountain Lodge so feel free to bring all your toys to experience true National Forest paradise off road adventuring. This Lodge is pet and kid friendly and even has a little swing set and play yard for supervised free time. Whether it`s a 2 night get away or a summer retreat... Pine Mountain Lodge is the place where all of your dreams will come true!
Guests have access to the whole cabin and outside grounds. The garage is private for the owner.

Please let us know if you are bringing dogs and how many. We allow dogs but also charge for them. Dogs are $15 per night per dog plus tax. There is also a 1 time $10 flat fee.
This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If the owner or Prescott Cabin Rentals receives complaints regarding noise, activities or trespassing that disturbs neighbors you may be asked to leave immediately. No outside noise or music after 10 pm.
No outside noise or music after 10 pm. You must be honest with your party size. Your party size can change but you must let Wendy know of any extra guests staying. You must disclose if you are bringing any dogs or cats.
Pets are allowed but guests must be very considerate. No accidents, no damage, no poop and no hair. You must cover beds and furniture if you are allowing the pets to jump up. You might consider bringing your own vacuum to make sure there isn`t any hair left behind. If left alone in the accommodation we ask that they are crated if there is a risk of damage or accidents. There shouldn`t be excessive barking that would disturb the neighborhood.
Check-in starts at 4 pm. If you would like to check-in early you must contact me. Early check-ins are granted the night before or the morning of the check-in. There may be a charge if it is a large property. The same with late check-outs. You must request this the night before or morning of the check-out.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
