Step inside the main living space located on the main level and kick up your feet on the plush L-shaped sectional. The large open window provides views of the surrounding landscape and brings in plenty of natural lighting. Spend quality time with the family as you watch your favorite movies or t.v shows on the mounted flatscreen t.v while a beautifully crafted red brick fireplace provides warmth on chilly winter evenings. Right off the living room, you’ll find the large open concept kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space will make preparing large meals a breeze. A built-in dining nook provides comfortable seating for you and your guests, while additional seating for three can be found at the stunning wood plank kitchen bar. Through the kitchen you’ll find the back door which leads you out to the deck. Step outside for some fresh air as you relax on one of the patio chairs. Barbeque on the propane grill while the kids hunt for pine cones in the backyard. Enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather and views of the surrounding pine trees as you soak your muscles in the hot tub after a long day exploring Big Bear.
Back inside, head up the stairs to the top level of the home which includes 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom provides a King size bed and its own private bathroom The second bedroom has a Cal King bed while the third bedroom includes two Queens. Back down the stairs on the main level you’ll find another set of stairs leading you down to the bottom level of the home. On this level you will find the remaining two bedrooms as well as the game room. Hours of fun can be spent down here playing games on the foosball table and pool table. Try your hand at checkers at the checkers table or just hang out on the sofa and while you wait for your turn. A mounted flatscreen t.v makes this room the perfect place to watch the big game. When it's time to settle down for the night, one of the bedrooms on this level has a twin over twin bunk bed and a queen pull out couch while the other includes a full size bed.
Pinewood Retreat offers the perfect location for your next trip to Big Bear. During the winter, Big Bear Snow Play is a quick 2 minute drive from the home. When the weather is nice, Ski Beach Park offers incredible views of the lake and is only 7 minutes away. Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
