Room to bring the whole group to this great place with lots of room for fun. Main house offers 2 separate bedrooms open kitchen, dinning, and living room over looking the deck and back yard. The separate private quarters offers a retreat with great work space and sleeping for 3. Outside the relaxing, spacious deck and fire pit area make your stay comfortable. All of this close to Hoosier National Forest and 2 minutes from Little Patoka boat ramp. Short drive to French Lick, Paoli and Jasper.

* If fire pit is used fire must be sprayed with water before leaving. Water hose is located to the right of the cabin.
*No R/V or camper parking allowed.
*Park on gravel areas only
* If parking more than 3 vehicles is expected please notify host prior to check in.
*For the consideration of others and safety once on gravel road please keep speed to less than 10 miles per hour.
*Limit of 2 pets per visit, with $100 pet fee. If pet fee is not paid and completed prior to check in fee will increase to $150.
*All dogs must be on a leash when outside
*Strictly no events or parties are allowed!
*Please do not place grills on porch or deck.

Staying after 11 am without prior approval is subject to additional fees.
Unauthorized late check out $100 for each hour past 11am.
After 1pm the guest will be charged that days base rate without discounts and that does NOT award possession of the property for that day. If the date to extend the stay is available, the guest must formally extend their stay through AIRBNB app. However, we reserve the right to decline the extension.
Guests will be responsible for any and all refunds given to incoming guests due to unauthorized late check out and will be charged for repayment of those costs.
