Positive: We had a very nice stay at PL Parklane. The apartment was spotless, and the bedding was super comfortable. The utilities were practical and well-equipped. For first-timers in Tokyo, this apartment was perfectly located, close to bus stops and not too far away from main neighbourhoods. The check-in was easy, the host highly responsive and the instructions helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Negative: The place was a bit tricky to find and we struggled to get there. While we had no issues with that, it is worth mentioning that the apartment was quite small, which could be problematic if travelling with many/oversize luggage. The only issue we had was with the wifi, that was very unstable and kept disconnecting. The wifi password and network were also not mentioned in the instructions.
