The Manatee / Scallop Suite is a nautical themed with its own private bathroom.
We are close to everything! Walmart is 2.6 miles away! A continental breakfast is included
We are located on 4 relaxing acres with horses and plenty of quiet country ambiance.
We have 1 other separate listing in this home: Tropical Master Suite. We also have a stand-alone cottage South West Cottage on the other side of the property.
This is a nicely decorated suite of rooms in our newly renovated double wide Each bedroom has a 36" T.v. streaming Netflix Hulu, Amazon prime, and more on a Roku streaming device. The sitting room has a 40 inch Roku TV
We have a Hepa filter in the common area in the guesthouse and it runs continuously to keep the air clean, fresh, and mold free. We also run a Dehumidifier periodically to help keep the air mold and mildew free.
So sorry, no pets allowed. We strive to keep our place allergen free for those guests that have sensitivities.
We are not a hotel or a typical Bed and Breakfast but we run our "b'n'b like a hotel. We are passionate about what we do and how we do it.

This is a safe neighborhood.
Although this is a safe neighborhood, some of our guests are security conscious so we have a gate - with an automatic gate opener coded keypad - at the entrance of the property.
The main entrance to the home also has a coded lock on the front door.
Each room in the Suite has a lock on its door.
Again, this is a safe area.
There is also plenty of parking for whatever you are driving or pulling- no semi's though due to the weight.
We are always available during your stay. You can call or text us if you need anything.
This is a rural area. The typical lot size on our street is five to ten acres (a handful are less though). Due to the ruralness of the area, our property is very private and quiet. The street side of our property is lined with tall hedges for even more privacy. Another feature of being in a rural location is crime is low to non-exsistent.
We have plenty of parking for those guests that have something to tow such as a boat, trailer, Rv or what have you.
***please, no Semi tractors with or without trailers
We are very close to all the area activities. Restaurants, Swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing, area parks and kayaking are all close by.
Keep in mind that in many rural communities a driving duration of 5 to even 30 minutes or more is quite common.
We highly recommend calculating the mileage and driving time to your planned activity before hand.
Mileage and driving time can easily be determined using your favorite mapping application.
Remember, you can't go wrong by planning ahead.

We provide a continental breakfast.
According to Merriam-Webster, a continental breakfast is defined as, “a light breakfast in a hotel, restaurant, etc that usually includes baked goods, jam, fruit, and coffee.”
The Breakfast provided is for breakfast only, including the juice and coffee.
We do not have an oven or stove top. What we do have is a microwave and toaster oven. For your convenience. Silverware, plates, and cups are provided.
The guesthouse also has a comfortable deck. Off the deck is a picnic table with a propane grill for your enjoyment.
Additionally: check-in time is between 2pm - 8pm.

We also have another listing: The Southwest Cottage. The Southwest Cottage (located in a different part of the property) comes with a continental breakfast.
Due to insurance purposes, we require all persons coming on the property to sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.
