Welcome to our stunning 2bd/2bath (with office) high-rise apartment in the vibrant city of Medellin, Colombia! Located in a prime location off of Las Palmas Avenue, the apartment offers a panoramic view of the city from the terrace and master bedroom.
The building offers a series of luxurious amenities including a newly renovated pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and game room, as well as 24/7 security. All appliances and furniture are brand new and offer a cozy place to unwind or work remotely.
The space:
Our high-rise apartment offers an unbeatable panoramic view of Medellin from a safe, quiet neighborhood next to El Poblado's major attractions. Inside the apartment you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a dedicated separate office space. The master bedroom faces the city with an outstanding view, a private en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom across the hall has a view of the mountain and the towers behind. A separate full second bathroom is located in the hallway. Both of the two bedrooms offer:
- Wall mounted 50" smart tvs
- Towels and spare bedding
- Safety lock boxes for valuables
- Plenty of storage
- Tower fans for those hotter days
We also provide a hair dryer, portable steamer, and clothing iron.
The living room has been kept spacious, but cozy, with an entertainment center complete with a 70" smart tv and sound bar. Opening the sliding glass door from the living room you will step out onto the ample terrace with comfy lounge furniture and a breathtaking view; perfect for morning coffees or just getting some fresh air while working.
The kitchen is stocked with brand new appliances including:

- Large refrigerator with ice maker and water purifier
- Protein/smoothie blender
- Air fryer
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
Connected to the kitchen we have a laundry room complete with washer and dryer as well as cleaning supplies. Bimonthly cleaning service is provided for stays of over one month, free of charge. It can also be arranged for shorter stays upon request.
Guest access:
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves as well as access to all of the building's amenities including the pool, sauna, turco, salon social, gym, green outdoor spaces, football court, and children's play area.
Guests will also have access to two parking spaces (vertical) in the covered garage.
Other things to note
The apartment is strategically located off of Las Palmas Avenue, situating you very close to the main access road to the airport (25 mins) as well as Provenza, Parque Lleras, and other attractions in El Poblado (10 mins). Major malls such as CC San Diego and CC Premium Plaza are just minutes away, with plenty of dining and shopping options. The quiet neighborhood is the perfect place to relax or work, but remain close the action of the city of eternal spring!
Below the building there is also a hiking trail (approximately 10 mins) that pops you out at Las Palmas Avenue where there are shops, restaurants, and a brand new SmartFit gym.
