The home is set in The Village neighborhood and offers an easy and scenic five minute drive to world class golf, shopping, dining, events and more. Enjoy the sunny desert days and golden sunsets as you unwind by the pool and soak in the spa. Pointe Creek at Indian Wells is truly a desert gem.
The home sits on a private and tucked away cul-de-sac in the Village, walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis grounds and shuttles for high-profile events. Newly upgraded pool and spa, landscape lighting, chefs kitchen, newly designed interior/bathrooms and thoughtful details throughout the home.

There are 4 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. There is a primary suite that opens to the backyard patio and a second en-suite with its own private bathroom.
The open-concept living room and kitchen are perfect to create family memories. The oversized kitchen island, Thor appliances, and glass door sliders opening to the private backyard and pool.
The fully enclosed backyard features a salt water pool and spa with 4 chaise sun loungers, a fire pit and 4 Adirondack chairs and separate teak seating area for 6. Please note pool heating is charged as a separate fee. See below for details.
