Pokegama Lake home featuring 3 bedrooms, 1.75 baths with extensive views of the private harbor and 100’ of sandy beach for swimming, a dock to land your boat, and an open yard to enjoy. Inside the spacious home, the main level consists of an open concept kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms, one being lakeside to take in the east-facing sunrises. To make you feel right at home, the kitchen includes quality amenities such as: stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer, coffee pot, popcorn popper, knives, pots/pans, and many kitchen gadgets. Sliding patio doors on the main level lead to a covered concrete apron for BBQing and relaxing. The upper level has a large living space with a wet bar and freestanding fireplace. Facing the lake, the large wall of windows makes for awesome views and through the patio door is an additional deck with table, chairs, and seating bench. The third, upper-level bedroom also has great views of Pokegama Lake. All bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, pillows, cotton sheets, closets, and end tables on each side of the bed. If laundry facilities are needed during your stay, the home features a washer and dryer for added convenience. Soak up the sun, cool down in the lake, go for a boat cruise, cast a line for the catch of the day, or toast a marshmallow of the outdoor fire pit. Pokegama Lake Store, located just down the road from Ruff Shores, has meat for grilling and wood for campfires. Hungry, thirsty, or looking for entertainment? Pokegama Lake is home to three lakeside restaurants that often feature live music. Close to Laplant Rd boat landing, snowmobile and atv trails, and just a short 5-minute drive to town you’ll find amenities such as the Forest History Center, Judy Garland and Children’s Discovery Center, Reif Center, festivals throughout the summer, two local breweries and many shops and restaurants.
Please note: A welcome book is located on top of the small cabinet near the patio door. The kitchen is not stocked with any food, spices, or condiments. Linens, bath towels, coffee filters, air fryer liners, crockpot liners, olive oil spray, salt and pepper, and basic cleaning supplies are provided. Absolutely NO smoking inside our unit.
