The main level boasts an open concept floorplan with a grand fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a beautiful modern kitchen. The master suite is also located on the main level with an ensuite custom bathroom and large walk in closet. As you walk up the stairs and land on the upper level you are met by a large loft style landing, 3 additional large bedrooms with walk in closets, a full bathroom and a large laundry room. A fully finished 1207 s/f walk out basement is the icing on the cake with a large living/media room, adjacent office/gameroom, private bedroom, stylish bathroom and an amazing walkout deck. This home has 3 levels with the master bedroom featuring a king bed, living room, kitchen and dining area all on the main ground level. Upstairs you will find 3 bedroom along with the laundry room. The first of these bedrooms has a queen size bed and the remaining two each have a bunk beds with the lower bunk being a full size bed and the upper bunk having a twin size bed. Downstairs in the walk-out baseement area, you will find a 2nd master bedroom with king size bed. There are two large additional large living areas with large screen TVs, fireplace, balcony and even another bunk bed set with a full size lower bunk and twin upper. The home backs up to the community trail system with hiking and biking trails that will lead you to the community park (with a sled hill in the winter time) along with connecting with the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) that has over 50 miles of hiking and biking trails through Flagstaff!
