Positive: The property was very nice and well maintained. The host was very accommodating to any of our needs. The view of the gulf from the living room and bedroom is amazing. You can listen to the music from Sam’s OnThe Beach from the balcony which surprisingly felt 15-20 degrees cooler than the temperature out front. The bed is amazingly comfortable, as well as the recliners.
Negative: If you arrive late and want coffee or tea in the morning, stop on the way before you arrive. There was Keurig set up, nut only had 1 K-Cup and no sweeteners or creamer, or any other condiments for food at all such as salt or pepper. Although the AC in the condo worked, it seemed to struggle to keep the inside temp below 72-74, even with keeping the blinds closed. The temp inside was still comfortable though.
