Only minutes from Kroger field and 15 min to Keeneland. The warm and inviting floor plan offers plenty of room for entertainment. Home is equipped with new luxury Tempurpedic mattresses 4 king beds, 2 queens and 2 air mattresses. This house has a vaulted screen porch overlooking the park-like back yard which opens freely to Merrick Park . Patio is set up to BBQ and enjoy your favorite sports with an outdoor TV. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. The swimming pool is open from April 1st to Oct 31st.
The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful Airbnb property! Our spacious home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with ample space for up to 16 guests.
The first floor of our home features three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is the highlight of the floor, complete with a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy and relaxation. The other two bedrooms on the first floor are equally comfortable, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed.
Moving up to the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with a king and queen bed respectively. Both bedrooms share a conveniently located bathroom upstairs, providing plenty of space for everyone to get ready in the morning.
Finally, the basement of our home is the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining, with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and a half bathroom. This space can be used as an additional bedroom, or simply as a hangout spot for guests to gather and spend time together.

Summary: We stayed here to be close to Central Baptist (maybe a 5 minute drive- Max), as my husband had chemo appointments. Our family came to visit the second night, and our grandkids enjoyed the hot tub, ping pong table, and basketball hoops in the basement. I enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, where I was able to create scrumptious meals for my hubby. This house has every comfort you can imagine. The hosts are amazing. We WILL be back.
