Villa Montesol is located on the edge of the original and popular village of Alaró at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains and the characteristic table mountains. The hiking trail up to the famous Castell von Alaró and the Es Verger restaurant begins not far from the house. The hilly surroundings are also characterized by numerous almond trees that bathe the fields in the most beautiful white and pink when blooming. The finca is located on a 7000 sqm large and fenced plot and is divided into a main house and a spacious side house, in which the summer kitchen with bathroom is located. From there to the main house extends an idyllic courtyard, which is adorned by a lemon tree. Large parasols provide additional shade over the two dining areas and on hot days the 8 x 4 meter pool adjacent to the courtyard provides pleasant refreshment. From the entrance area of the main house, which has a large covered shaded terrace, you get to the first of the five bedrooms, which is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe. A small hallway leads from here to two further bedrooms, each with a double bed and cupboards. Next to these rooms is a bathroom with a modern shower corner. From the entrance you can reach the open and fully equipped kitchen, which is delimited by a counter to the dining area and further the large living area with a cozy sofa corner and a separate fireplace corner. The flat screen TV receives German satellite programs and there is Internet available via WiFi. A spiral staircase next to the living area leads to the upper floor and two further bedrooms. The front room is furnished with two single beds. Next door is the master bedroom, which is furnished on almost 40 square meters with a double bed, a wardrobe and seating. From here you come into the bathroom en-suite with bath and shower and two sinks. The dining area below leads to the beautiful terrace in the courtyard and beyond to the annex, which also has a fully equipped summer kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher and a brick grill. Large windows, another dining area and a small sofa make this place a cozy and convivial place for a relaxing stay. A third bathroom with shower in this area, which is also easily accessible from the pool, round off the offer. An ideal house for all requirements and, on top of that, within walking distance to the village of Alaró, where there are numerous gastronomic offers as well as shops for daily needs or a petrol station.
