Positive: safe friendly neighborhood, great trails through arroyos around the neighborhood. views from the patio and upper deck were as pictured & we enjoyed sitting there every morning and evening. have a garage for our vehicle was also a plus. the large pull down screen TV in the living area was nice.
Negative: 1. garage is shorter than many; our small SUV (Hyundai Santa Fe) barely fit inside. a larger vehicle or truck would not fit. 2. the couches in the living area are futons and not particularly comfortable for watching TV. they were ok for our short stay but for a longer stay or more people they may not be comfortable. 3. the listing was not completely accurate: •the “family theatre” listed under the Host information is not a separate room; it’s the living area with the pull down large TV screen. •there are not 4 bedrooms; there are 3 upstairs and one. bed downstairs in an open space by the kitchen. •the gym with “essential” equipment is part of the space by the downstairs bed and has bands, a jump rope, 8# weights and a yoga mat. 4. the pool was nice but it is not heated. probably not an issue during the summer months but otherwise it’s quite cool. 5. a description of the property on another site mentions cameras in the pool area/back door. no mention of those cameras on this site.
