Upon entering, you’ll see the grand, double-height living room, sleek dining area, and chef’s kitchen (with wine fridge). A dedicated office and bedroom with two twin beds are just down the hall with a shared bathroom between.

Located on a quiet cul de sac that’s just a few blocks from the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail and the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA station, this location is truly the best of both worlds. You’ll enjoy the calm and privacy of the home and yard but easily be able to take advantage of all that Atlanta has to offer from this central location.

* No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees.
* Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:
Historic Reynoldstown is a friendly, walkable neighborhood featuring a portion of Atlanta's famous BeltLine hike and bike trail. Architectural styles range from 1920s shotgun houses and bungalows to ultramodern abodes and lofts, and beloved independent coffee shops and eateries dot the area. Two new developments on the south side, the Atlanta Dairies and Madison Yards, provide handy amenities like a grocery store, movie theater, music venue, breweries, restaurants, and more.
Getting Around:
The Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station is on the Blue and Green Line. There are surface parking lots on both the Inman Park and Reynoldstown sides of the station but no overnight parking. Inman Park has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules.
