Positive: Although the receptionists are not there in person and on a video screen, they are lovely ladies and really pleasant to deal with actually, its quite a relaxed vibe in there most of the time. Not hard to get along with the people staying there and nobody really causes any trouble, there is 2 kitchen areas and they are pretty good. Youve got ovens in both, a microwave and toaster oven also, lounge area is comfortable, nice couches with recliners and a big tv
Negative: Nothing to complain about too much but the tv would be great if you could access neflix on it, it would be a great addition and im sure it would attract a lot more people to chill in the lounge, also on some occasions there is no toilet paper or soap in the toilets but that hasnt happened too often.
Summary: For the price its definitly worth it and its in quite a nice area so i would say a solid 7 out of 10
