Our home was fully renovated (2022) and offers wonderful natural light, open space and a great outdoor seating area. This property accommodates 6guests. Elegant Victorian Holiday Home Steps from Geelong’s Waterfront
The white picket fence and welcoming entrance to this charming holiday home offer a great first impression that sets the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay before you even step through the front door.
Inside you are greeted with a fresh and thoughtful renovation throughout.
Perfectly positioned just one block from Geelong's vibrant waterfront, the Esplanade, Pevensey Gardens, and the CBD. This fully renovated Victorian offers loads of natural light, and a tasteful colour palette throughout. The central hallway leads to the spacious living area with high ceilings and French doors that open to a private low maintenance courtyard that includes outdoor dining options and a BBQ.
In the lounge area, you'll find plenty of comfortable seating options, a SMART TV with Netflix access, and fast, unlimited Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or working remotely.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all your cooking appliances, a microwave, and a dishwasher. There is also a dining area with seating for 6 guests.
The bedroom configurations are below. All bed and bath linens are provided.

In the bathroom, there's a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. the laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
We also provide a porta cot and highchair for those traveling with infants. Please bring your own linen.
Everything is at your doorstep and only a ferry ride away from Melbourne.
Please ensure your booking has the correct number of guests listed to avoid a call out fee for extras, as linen and amenities are supplied based on this number. One towel per guest, plus starter pack of toilet paper, bathroom amenities and basic kitchen supplies are included to get you started on your stay! If you are staying for more than a few days please bring your additional requirements.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.
- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.
- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.
- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!
- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.
- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.
- ID is required to place your booking with us.
- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.
- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.
-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.
- Please leave the property as you found it :)
- Please turn off the AC when you go out.
- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.
- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.
