The environmental context of Porto Paglia is unique for its beauty and uncontamination, apart from the village there is no trace of the human hand as far as the eye can see. The beach, very beautiful and sandy, degrades very slowly.
The house is in a beautiful location practically on the beach. Although it is a last Paradise, we are not really in anything. A large LD Supermarket is just 4 km away and at the same distance there is a pizzeria farm.
At 12 km there is Iglesias capital of the province of Sulcis Iglesiente with all the services of a town. The road SS 130 to arrive from Cagliari is about 50 km all double-lane, with guard rails. The road from Iglesias to Porto Paglia is extremely comfortable and straight.
The Sulcis and Porto Paglia are simple and very beautiful places, nothing to do with the Costa Smeralda or other 'glamorous' places. A lot of sea under the house, sunsets and simplicity and genuineness.
