Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Excellent downtown location, on minut to subway, quiet rooms to the back side of the hotel, good WIFI, nice bathroom,

Negative: Room was cold because the heating did not work properly for the first three days. I told the receptionists three days and several times until it was repaired. Breakfast was very good, but the service was very sloppy. Whenever I arrved 20 or 30 minutes after the official beginning of service, there was no more orange nor apple juice. Every day I had to find someone to fill it up again.

Summary: Very good downtown hotel with some service problems
