Positive: The apartment itself is great. It is equipped really with everything you could need. Everything is clean like new. I can not understand comments in previous reviews about missing elevators 🙂. It is just the first floor and I really wouldn't expect an elevator in this kind of building... location is good, there is a nice view from the apartment. You need to use a car if you want to buy food, as the supermarket is some minutes by car, but it was expected. The beach near the apartment is maybe for kids or older people, but it depends on preferences... for other beaches you need to take car.
Negative: For me, the main and only disadvantage is parking. There are 3 parking lots on the street in front of the apartment. Another parking lot is on the street above or below the apartment towards the beach, and then there are parking places on the beach... it looks like good opportunity to park, but in fact in my case, I have never found parking in front of apartment, once on the way to beach and then the last possibility is beach, but also here I usually faced situations when I had to cruise around to find somebody leaving the parking place to get my car parked there. Free parking lots on the beach without having to find the place were just evening time.So problem for me was not that I couldn't park directly in front of apartment, because beach parking was only 3 minutes from the apartment, but if you cannot find any free space, it is frustrating.... I saw cars parking outside official parking lots, but they got 200EUr fine 🙂, so I wouldn't recommend this kind of parking. This is my experience when I was here in the highest season, so maybe other months than August are better from the parking point of view.
