Villa Cheidde has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is perfect to accommodate up to eight guests. While every bedroom has a flat-screen, high-definition television, the master bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom has the largest. There is also a walk-in closet for extra convenience for those who take the main floor bedroom. The second floor has the three remaining bedrooms each with a different theme. There is a larger room with a king-sized bed for our adult guests, a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds and a room with an additional two full beds.
The fully functioning and modernized gourmet kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishware, crockery, and cutlery you need to create meals for yourselves, if you want to take a break from the several restaurants in the area.
Villa Castelan also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.

All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.
GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
