In an ideal location, a lot of vegetation (shade and sun from morning to evening), quiet, little passage, eccentric 4 kms from the village where you will find all the necessary (restaurants, supermarkets, food, cultural entertainment, hiking .. .), only 20 minutes from Nice, close to the beaches less than 30 minutes and as much to reach the beginning of the mercantour valley.
