3 Bedroom House in Donville-les-Bains
Our house is a one-story villa, completely renovated, including insulation, which allows it to be very warm in winter and cool in hot weather. Spacious, cheerful and bright, it has charm and has all the comforts, and is very pleasant to live in its calm and green environment.
Very practical location: 5 mins walk from the beach and small shops and tourist office in Donville, 10 mins walk from the supermarket, 10 mins walk from Granville by the beach (see map).
It also offers a large sunny garden, fully enclosed, (children or pets are safe!) as well as the possibility of parking one or two cars on the ground by an access on the parallel street.
There is also a small balcony, and a paved terrace in the garden. Of course: garden furniture, small barbecue, deckchairs, parasols etc for lunch outside.

4 real spacious bedrooms: pink bedroom: 1 140 bed, sand bedroom: 1 180 bedroom (or 2 separable beds if necessary), blue bedroom: 2 single beds, white bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed (and a nice corner shower sink). A baby cot on request.
NB: there is a flight of steps leading to the house.
Granville train station is also accessible on foot (15 or 20 minutes depending on whether you are going up or down !!)
The sandy beach of Donville offers the advantage compared to that of Granville to always be uncovered, even at high tide; it is a very pleasant beach with children (or without!). It is possible to benefit from spa treatments.
Granville is accessible by road, by the beach (except at high tide) in a quarter of an hour on foot
The region offers many opportunities for walks: in addition to the very beautiful maritime landscapes, very varied, the upper town of Granville, its ports, its market, the Chausey Islands, the wonderful Dior house, the landscapes of the Cotentin estuaries towards the North ( Regnéville sur mer and the lime kilns of
King), Coutances Cathedral.
A little further Villedieu les Poêles, (30 km). Towards the South: Mont Saint Michel, and the coastal paths on the cliffs along the Bay.
