Our second home is the perfect Southern California getaway in the idyllic beach town of Manhattan Beach. Just a few blocks to the beach, it is also walkable to the historic Manhattan Beach Pier as well as an assortment of amazing restaurants, bars and shops.
This 3-story home features a great room on the top level with a beautiful kitchen, family room, powder room and balcony with ocean views from Palos Verdes to Malibu. The chefs kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking stove, wine fridge along with ample counter and cabinet space. The upper deck is nicely furnished and has a barbecue.
The 2nd floor the master suite includes a California King bed, a large TV, a private bathroom with double sinks, a soaker tub, separate shower and a water closet. Additionally, the master has two walk-in closets and a private deck. There is a second bedroom on the 2nd floor with two double beds and an adjacent full bathroom.
The first floor includes a third full bathroom as well as the third bedroom featuring a queen bed, desk and TV. The 2-car garage, entryway and outdoor shower are also on the first level.
There is parking for additional cars directly in front of the house (a rare find in Manhattan Beach).

Summary: We had the most delightful stay at Britta and Mikeโ€™s place over the holiday! Beautiful house, fantastic location and all the comforts you could need. Beds were amazingly comfortable.
