El Capricho - Is a delightful home, tastefully furnished to a high standard. The accommodation comprises of a spacious octagonal master bedroom with views of the Mediterranean, this bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Down a flight of stairs to 2 x twin bedded rooms that share a bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and the second double bedroom that also has an en-suite bathroom (bath + a walk-in shower). These 3 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
There is a well equipped kitchen with oven, induction top, microwave, two fridge/freezer, dishwasher, etc and a washing machine and iron/ board in a separate laundry room. It also has a flatscreen Television with a lot of international channels. Fiber network with wifi.

Summary: This property could be fabulous as it’s a great size but it falls short in many areas. Pool area great but needs a good clean under shaded area. The rest of the outside areas and some indoor areas would also benefit greatly from a deep clean. Bedding and towels poor quality and curtains light and flimsy in lower bedrooms. One of the bedrooms aircon not working and took over 4 days to sort so couple in that room really struggled. Terrace area on top floor great for us all to gather and enjoy food and drinks but again not as clean as it could be. Location was great with lots of eating places close by and very handy for taxis and local bus service. Wouldn’t take much to bring this villa up to an acceptable standard and for the cost of renting for a week this hopefully will happen.
