Summary: Read the listing very carefully. The oven is a toaster oven and the stove is a plug in portable. The steps are from the street, so you will be carrying luggage down and up 15 steps. Owner was responsive at times, not at others. Hinted at issuing a credit and then stopped communicating. No ability to regulate temperature of unit and voices can be heard from upstairs unit. Also, from pictures, I thought there was an attached yard for the dog. There was not.
