Positive: Condo was nice & comfortable When we lost our internet Micheal was really nice & called the company right away So it wasn’t long before it was up & running He apologized which we appreciated😊 We have been vacationing in Florida for the last 20 yrs
Negative: We had trouble with the key pad to get in when we arrived Instructions were not clear An email was sent to us saying the condo was ready by one o’clock When my husband called her She wasn’t very nice Stated that we weren’t suppose to be there until 4 The cost of our trip was non refundable We paid high price with the Canadian exchange Location was okay We had to cross the street with our beach chairs Beach umbrellas was not provided so we bought a total of 3 which kept breakingTo rent on the beach it would cost it would cost $40 a day
